Donald Trump declared November 5 as “Christian Day of Visibility” and slammed President Biden for making Transgender Day of Visibility fall on Easter this year during a boisterous rally in Green Bay.
The former president returned to Wisconsin for the first time since 2022 for the campaign event as swing state voters headed to the polls to cast their ballots on Tuesday.
‘And what the hell was Biden thinking when he declared Easter Sunday Trans Day of Visibility?’ Trump asked the crowd as his supporters booed him.
The former president described it as “a total lack of respect for Christians.”
“November 5th will be called something else,” Trump said. ‘Do you know what it’s going to be called? Christian Visibility Day, when Christians turn out in droves like never before seen.

Trump criticized Biden for Trans Day of Visibility, which was celebrated on the same day as Easter this year, and declared that November 5 will be Christian Day of Visibility.
“Let’s call it Christian Visibility Day,” he said.
Trump criticized Biden after Transgender Day of Visibility, which has been celebrated on March 31 since 2009, fell on Easter Sunday this year.
Biden’s recognition of the day received fierce backlash from conservatives.
Biden was the first US president to issue a formal proclamation recognizing Transgender Day of Visibility in 2021. But in falling During Holy Week, during its fifteenth year, Republicans were in an uproar over the proclamation.
On Sunday, Biden said that “Easter reminds us of the power of hope and the promise of Christ’s resurrection.”
But that didn’t stop conservatives from harshly condemning him. Trump’s campaign called the proclamation “appalling and insulting” and called on Biden, who is Catholic, to apologize to Catholics and Christians across the country.
The White House has rejected this week’s avalanche of criticism as “cruel, hateful and dishonest rhetoric.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended the proclamation of Transgender Day of Visibility, which has been celebrated on March 31 since 2009, after it fell on Easter Sunday this year, sparking criticism of the conservatives.
It comes after Trump also received backlash from some Democrats and religious leaders in recent days after announcing on social media that he was selling Bibles for $60.
During Tuesday’s wild rally, Trump, 77, also attacked his Democratic political opponent, 81, on multiple issues, from immigration to the economy and even golf.
“His biggest lie of all: Did you ever see him looking at a golf club?” Trump asked the crowd before leaning into “that’s who he is.”
Trump accused Biden of saying he had six handicaps, ‘not a six handicap!’ “It’s not a disadvantage of 36,” Trump said.
It was one of several moments throughout the night in which the former president mocked Biden, whom he will face in November for the second time.
At another point, he taunted Biden with an empty lectern by challenging the president to debate him “anytime, anywhere” after Trump skipped all debates during the Republican primary season.

Biden won Wisconsin in 2020 by just over 20,000 votes. The race for revenge on the Midwest battlefield appears to be close.
The latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll from mid-March had Biden leading in the state by one point with about seven months until Election Day. An Emerson poll released around the same time gave Trump a four-point lead in Wisconsin.
Biden will also return to the state next week. The White House said it would be an event to discuss cost-cutting. It will be Biden’s fourth visit to the state since December.
