Trump ‘could be assassinated like JFK if he tries to end Putin’s war in Ukraine’, Kremlin official warns

The chilling warning issued Sunday came from Putin's close friend Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president and his country's longest-serving prime minister.

A senior Kremlin official warned that a “tired” Donald Trump could face a JFK-style assassination if he “really tries” to end Vladimir Putin’s war against Ukraine should he emerge victorious in today’s US presidential election. .

The chilling warning came Sunday from Putin’s close friend, Dmitry Medvedev, the former Russian president and his country’s longest-serving prime minister, now vice president at the head of the Kremlin’s security council.

He also called US Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris “stupid” and “controllable,” who, as president, would be “afraid of everyone around her.”

‘For Russia, the elections will not change anything, since the candidates’ positions fully reflect the bipartisan consensus on the need for our country to be defeated (in the war).

‘Kamala is stupid, inexperienced, controllable and will be afraid of everyone around her. A synod of top ministers and aides, plus, indirectly, the Obama family, will govern.’

Trump could suffer the same fate as John F. Kennedy in 1963, predicted Medvedev, who was Russian president from 2008 to 2012.

“A tired Trump, spouting platitudes like ‘I’ll offer a deal’ and ‘I have a great relationship with…’ will also be forced to play by all the rules of the system.

‘He won’t be able to stop the war. Not in one day, not in three days, not in three months.

“And if he really tries, he could become the new JFK.”

Medvedev, who a day earlier warned the West not to underestimate Putin’s willingness to use nuclear weapons, said the election result was of little importance.

‘Only one thing matters: how much money the new POTUS will remove for someone else’s distant war: for his military-industrial complex and to divide the (Ukrainians).

“Therefore, the best way to please the candidates for the highest American office on November 5 is to continue crushing the Nazi regime in kyiv.”

The Kremlin has denied frequent accusations that it seeks to interfere in the US elections.

Using a derogatory Russian term for the United States, he said: “The world is frozen in awkward positions ahead of the presidential elections in overseas Pindostan.”

Medvedev is Putin’s deputy on the Russian Security Council, a powerful Kremlin body responsible for formulating national security policies and coordinating their implementation.

He is also the first deputy chairman of the Military-Industrial Commission, which oversees Russia’s defense industry, and president of state giant Rostelecom, the country’s largest digital services provider.

On Saturday, Medvedev warned that Putin is ready to use nuclear weapons and trigger World War III if provoked.

The West is wrong to believe that “it will never cross a certain line,” commented the former president.

“If we talk about the existence of our state, as the president of our country has repeatedly said… we will simply have no choice,” Medvedev said.

The United States and the West were “wrong” to think that Putin would not cross the line if NATO tried to inflict defeat on Russia in the Ukraine war.

‘If the new (US) leader is going to be fiercely dedicated to adding fuel to the fire of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, it will be a very bad choice.

‘Because this is the way to hell. It is really a path towards World War III.

“Whoever decides to continue the war will be making a very dangerous mistake,”

“You have to be a complete idiot.”

Medvedev’s remarks came as EU officials held “crisis talks” to determine how the continent will fare if Donald Trump wins the presidential election.

Trump and Kamala Harris are neck and neck as they leave their hopes of winning the Oval Office to the American public, and aggregated FiveThirtyEight polling data suggests Harris is one point ahead, within a margin of error.

Following his fractured relationship with the EU during his tenure as its 45th president, the bloc’s officials have said privately that they are extremely concerned about what he might do if elected.

Officials said they have drawn up plans to heavily tax products symbolic of America’s national identity, including Kentucky Bourbon and Harley-Davidson motorcycles, if Trump decides to be bullish on the EU over trade deals.

These products come from states that are vulnerable to swings in the 2026 midterm elections, which bloc officials believe will pressure congressional representatives to work against Trump.
