Donald Trump called himself the “father of fertilization” and boasted of his vigorous campaign program in one of his final pleas to voters to grant him a second term.
In front of thousands of supporters in the swing state of North Carolina, Trump attempted to shorten his rally to 30 minutes, but the crowd cheered him on to finish his third rally of the day in his long-form typographic style.
Trump claimed to be a strong supporter of access to in vitro fertilization (IVF), as Democrats say he wants to eliminate the treatment because some more radical pro-life views believe destroying fertilized embryos is a form of abortion.
“Fertilization, I am like the father, I consider myself the father of fertilization,” the former president said during his rally in Greensboro, just three days before the 2024 presidential election.
Former President Donald Trump said he is the “father of fertilization” during a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina, on Saturday.
Trump had previously called himself the “father of IVF.”
Trump also held a rally in Gastonia, North Carolina, and one in Salem, Virginia, on Saturday before heading to Greensboro to end his final Saturday of campaigning before the election.
Speaking at the First Horizon Coliseum on Saturday night, Trump said: “If I don’t win this after all this talk, I’m in trouble.”
He repeatedly urged those in the red-leaning swing state to vote if they had not already done so.
“I hope they get out their asses and vote,” the former president said at one point.
After conducting an “applause-based” poll on who has already voted and who will vote on Tuesday, Trump said, “I’ll vote on Tuesday, too.”
He also assured his voters that his vigorous campaign schedule – from which he has not taken a day off in 62 days – is not about pleasing more money.
‘I didn’t come here looking for your money. I don’t want your money. “All I want you to do is get out and vote,” Trump told his supporters.
His supporters booed when Trump asked if he could shorten his rally after a vigorous day of campaigning just three days before the 2024 presidential election.

‘I was going to ask you, maybe I’ll do a very abbreviated version, will everyone be happy with that?’ asked.
But the crowd booed, making it clear that they did not want Trump to interrupt their rally.
“I don’t think so,” the presidential hopeful responded jokingly.
While Trump says he’s confident he’s winning the election, he’s worried it’ll go down to the wire.
“When you win by a lot, you can also lose by a little,” said the former president.
