A legal group led by former Trump senior adviser Stephen Miller claims their independent investigation found the Biden administration was involved in authorizing the FBI to raid Mar-a-Lago last year.

America First Legal says results of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request found that the agency initially gained access to Trump’s data through a “special access request” from the Biden White House.

“I called it the morning of the Mar-a-Lago attack. Biden knew everything!!!” Trump’s middle son Eric Trump tweeted in response to the new report.

The latest revelations from the conservative world contradict the Biden administration’s claims that they knew about the August 8, 2022 raid on social media.

America First Legal, self-described as a “long overdue response to the ACLU,” calls on the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to turn over material related to Biden’s involvement in the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate .

In August 2022, the FBI raided Trump’s residence in Palm Beach, Florida to obtain documents and materials he had taken from the White House when they were to be turned over to the National Archives for safekeeping.

Many of the documents had secret markings on them.

Attorney General Merrick Garland held a press conference days after the raid in which he confirmed that he had personally approved the law enforcement action.

America First Legal claims that Biden was also specifically involved in having the raid carried out, calling it a “politically motivated” move.

These claims are only further justified after such classified documents were also found in the homes of both former Vice President Mike Pence and President Joe Biden — but no FBI raids were conducted on their residences.

Reed Rubinstein, senior counsel to America First Legal, said in a statement Monday: “The evidence further suggests that Biden officials in the executive office of the president and the Justice Department abused their power unlawfully and then lied to the U.S. about it.” American people.’

“It appears that this administration recognizes no limits to its power to harass, intimidate and silence its political opponents,” said Rubinstein, who serves as director of oversight and investigation at the Conservative Legal Center.

Stephen Miller, a long-time senior aide to Trump, is president of America First Legal, which focuses on issues such as “politicization” of the Justice Department, First Amendment issues, immigration, and a crackdown on Critical Race Theory teachings .
