Troye Sivan has revealed how he stays mentally healthy.
Talking to him Daily Telegraph Over the weekend, the Australian pop star, 29, said there were three main things she used to manage her mental health.
“Exercise, genuinely connecting with friends or family, and taking some time off,” she admits.
The Rush creator said that although he is busy, taking some time off is especially important.
‘I’m pretty firm with my weekends and also with my work hours. “I really try to prioritize free time.”
The singer-songwriter also reflected on what he would advise his teenage self after knowing what he knows now.
‘I would just say, “Trust yourself.” I believe there is no right or wrong answer when it comes to your perspective.
“I never really feel the pressure to look over my shoulder and compare myself to anyone else, because I’m doing what feels right, what’s exciting to me, and what’s sincere to me.

It comes as Troye recently branded claims that he is only touring with Charli XCX to meet people on Grindr as “genuinely homophobic”.
The One Of Your Girls singer pulled no punches when responding to a since-deleted ‘blind item’ that was picked up by TikTok account Celebritea Blinds.
He alleged that Troye’s North American Sweat co-headlining tour with Charli XCX was experiencing lackluster ticket sales.

He also claimed that Troye didn’t care about ticket sales and was only interested in hooking up with men through the gay dating app Grindr.
“His label doesn’t contribute to his tour at all, so he doesn’t really care about sales,” the blind article stated.
“He’s just happy to be on the road and use Grindr at every stop.”
Troye, clearly upset, took to TikTok to respond to the claims.
“Straight people are getting too comfortable,” he said in the short rebuttal video.
‘I released an album. I’m touring the album with Charli XCX.
The singer-songwriter also reflected on what he would advise his teenage self after knowing what he knows now. ‘I would just say, “Trust yourself.” “I think there’s no right or wrong answer when it comes to your perspective,” he said.
‘We are doing 22 shows across the country and, by the way, the tickets are 95 percent sold out. The only city we are failing in is Nashville, and the percentage is 78 percent.”
Troye added that he didn’t need an app to cultivate relationships.
“To say I’m touring the country using Grindr at every stop is genuinely homophobic. “It’s a genuine stereotype,” he said.
‘Don’t make me ashamed of sex. I don’t need to travel across the country to get laid. I can get laid wherever I want. I can get laid in Los Angeles.
In his farewell, he reiterated that tickets for the 22-date tour were actually selling out.
“I’m going on tour because I released an album and people are buying tickets to see the show, so screw you,” he said.
