Triple M’s Jess Eva reveals the simple trick she used to lose 20kg as she shows off her toned frame in a fitted pink dress at the 2022 Australian Commercial Radio Awards
Jess Eva has revealed the secrets behind her recent weight loss.
The 38-year-old Triple M Sydney presenter looked stunning in a skin-tight pink cocktail dress when she hit the red carpet at the 2022 Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) on Saturday.
In an interview with Daily Mail Australia before the ceremony, Jess said she felt much healthier after losing 20kg.

Jess said part of her secret was giving up “emotional eating”.
The term refers to the habit of eating as a way of providing comfort while experiencing negative emotions such as anxiety.
“I have two take away places [near me], in my car home,” he explained. ‘[It was like having] a coffee at the end of the day. I have stopped doing that.’

The mother-of-two said a recent exercise regime, including cycling with her children, has also helped the radio star get in shape.
“I feel healthier,” she gushed, and said that watching what she ate was key to the diet.
“I try to keep the carbs down [carbohydrates] because my a*s explodes even at the sight of one!”. she joked.
Elsewhere in the down-to-earth media celebrity said she was going through a mid-life crisis.

“I’ve decided I’m halfway to death,” he said, “and I need to get my shit together.”
Jess rose to fame on Channel Nine’s revamped show The Block in 2018.
During the season finale, she and partner Norm Hogan sold their apartment at auction for $2,859,000, making a net profit of $209,000.
In 2020, Jess revealed that the couple had split the entire prize money for pools, gambling and “helping their friends”.
