The UK style guru launched an in-depth live stream alongside her trainer Nathalie Hayward to talk about exactly which products and nutrients she trusts to keep her healthy and trim well into her 50s.

‘I have some very unhealthy habits. I love sugar and I love bread and I love grazing. What I discovered when I reached perimenopausal age is that my metabolism changed and suddenly it was having a negative effect on my body, “said the creator of Trinny London.

“But little by little I have changed… I will still eat bread on the weekends, but in the middle of the week I like to start the day with one of two options.”

Trinny opts for two eggs and a broccoli, tomato and avocado frittata or a nourishing bowl with Oatly oat milk, mixed seeds, almonds, dehydrated coconut, sesame seeds, cauliflower rice and apricots.

‘The first one feels good, full of protein, and the seed breakfast is my other option. Now you might be thinking ‘cauliflower rice, how disgusting,’ but it’s really interesting,” he said.

“I always eat fish and rice, chicken and rice or quinoa, and I have it every day,” he explained. ‘It’s full and full of protein. When I had a sandwich for lunch, I was eating at 3 pm’
