Hundreds of emotional tributes are pouring in on social media for a young schoolgirl who died in a “game gone wrong” at her family home.
Honey French, 12, was found dead at her home in the Milford Haven area of Pembrokeshire on Saturday morning, in an incident described as a “horrific accident” by her mother Jessica.
The Welsh Ambulance Service alerted police to the “game gone wrong” on Saturday and has since ruled out any foul play.
Officers are yet to reveal how schoolgirl Honey died, and the coroner is now compiling a report.
Speaking about the loss of her young daughter, Jessica French stated; ‘This was a horrible accident, a game gone wrong. Our hearts are broken; She was the most beloved girl of all.’

Since confirmation of her death, tributes have poured in for Honey, with hundreds on social media sending condolences to parents Jessica and Alan French and her older brother.
Stacey-Leigh Keeble wrote in tribute: “Honey (bee), one of my daughter’s best friends, absolutely heartbroken by the news, you’re gone soon.”
She said her daughter was “heartbroken” and added: “I hope you’re dancing beautifully.”
A Milford Haven Facebook group also paid tribute, saying: “Our town is mourning a young girl loved by so many. Please light a candle for the French family and keep them in your thoughts and prayers.”
“May Honey’s light continue to shine.”
Tributes have poured in for 12-year-old Honey French following her tragic death on Saturday.
Responding to online tributes, Jessica said: ‘Thank you for all your kind messages. “All these photos show me how many other people love her too.”
Dyfed-Powys Police officers have made themselves available to Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi pupils following the tragic death.
In a statement, a spokesperson said: “Our thoughts are with his family at this time and specialist officers have offered us support.
‘The death is not considered suspicious.
“Children affected by this incident can find help and support on Childline on 0800 1111.”
The Pembrokeshire coroner will open an inquest to determine the cause of death.
