Tributes pour in for Billy Graham after WWE superstar passes away aged 79 as 16-time world champion Ric Flair hails ‘Hall of Fame influence on my career’
Tributes have been paid to Billy Graham, after the 79-year-old died following a battle with a ‘myriad of health issues’.
A GoFundMe page had been set up to support Graham’s family, who claimed he had been hospitalized for several months, moved to an intensive care unit (ICU) for several weeks.
Graham died on Wednesday, with his family telling TMZ that he was taken off life support.
And several former wrestlers took to Twitter to share their heartfelt messages for their late colleague, who spent 18 years in the sport.
Ric Flair was quick to hail the American’s impact on his own stellar career, writing: “Superstar Billy Graham has just left us.” THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR INFLUENCE ON MY CAREER!”
