Terrifying footage shows the moment a fitness fanatic was thrown off a treadmill and thrown through an open third-floor window of her gym.
The incident took place in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The video shows a row of treadmills at the busy facility used by gym-goers on Tuesday, June 18.
Suddenly, a woman who was on one of the treadmills, supposedly 22 years old, is thrown backwards and falls off the machine.
The woman, who has only been identified by the initials FN, then trips and falls out of the nearby window, apparently trying to grab onto the frames to prevent herself from plummeting.
She is unable to stop her fall and then disappears from sight as she falls to the ground outside.

Her boyfriend had reportedly asked her to work out with him on the second floor, but she wanted to work out on the treadmills on the third floor.
The woman had been exercising for just 30 minutes when she reportedly slowed down and started walking, before the tragic fall occurred, according to local media reports.
She was reportedly rushed to hospital with serious head injuries, but doctors were unable to save her life, according to local media reports.
An autopsy reportedly revealed that he had suffered numerous bruises and lacerations to his head.
The woman is seen stumbling backwards before throwing herself out the window.
Police said the position of the treadmill in relation to the window was “dangerous” – just 60 centimeters away.
The low height of the wall below the window (only 30 cm) also made it easy for the woman to fall.
The Pontianak Police Criminal Investigation Unit conducted a crime scene investigation and several people were suspected of opening windows at the accident scene.
Meanwhile, K-Gym stopped its operational activities for three days after the incident occurred.
The gym had warning stickers telling attendees not to open the windows, but the sticker was reportedly damaged and the writing was obscured.
There was usually also a personal trainer available to close the windows, Kompas.com reports, but they were on break at the time of the accident.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal fall.
