Ten Miami Beach police officers were called to the marina just before 1 a.m. after receiving reports of “a disturbance” involving “fights” between people, the department revealed. When they arrived, they found the Astroworld artist ‘yelling’ at the people on the dock.
The 33-year-old rapper was arrested for two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct while intoxicated and trespassing at the marina.
The police questioned him about whether he had been drinking. Scott replied: “It’s Miami.”
He also responded to the night’s chaos with a series of light-hearted tweets to calm fans’ fears about his upcoming tour, and an edited version of his teary-eyed mugshot taken in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Scott wrote ‘lol’ on X and shared his booking photo complete with photoshopped glasses and headphones via Instagram Stories.
He then told his fans that he would go ‘ham’ on his tour, meaning ‘tough as a motherfucker.’
Police said there was “a strong odor of alcohol” on Scott’s breath and that he had been “disturbing the peace” of the marina by “screaming” and “behaving erratically” throughout the night.
He got into a fight with people on a yacht in the marina, prompting a police response at 1.17am. Ten police officers were sent to the scene with the mission of escorting him back to his vehicle, “a long walk,” according to the affidavit.
Rapper Sicko Mode could not be tamed and continued to “scream obscenities” at the boat the entire time, according to police. When they arrived at his vehicle, he appeared to warn his security guard not to comply with police orders.
Referring to his employee, Scott told officers that “if he gets in the vehicle, he will vanish,” according to the arrest document.
He was eventually arrested and taken to the Miami-Dade Correctional Facility, where his teary-eyed mugshot was taken.

Scott appeared to respond to his brush with the law on social media with a tweet that simply said “lol” at 8:45 a.m. Thursday.
The chaos comes just days before the launch of Scott’s international Circus Maximus stadium tour, which begins on June 28 in the Netherlands.
After being released, he tweeted a second time to assure fans that the tour was still going on. ‘Six days until the Maximus circus tour. For the record, I’m going. Ham,” Scott wrote in X.
A source familiar with the situation told DailyMail.com that the fight was verbal in nature and that “there was no physical altercation with anyone.”
“This was a loud party and Travis was already bailed out for a few hundred dollars. He’s already home,” they said.
They added that “no further action will be taken” for the “minor incident” which they described as “similar to receiving a fine with no injuries.”
Kylie and Travis first split in October 2019 after starting a romance in 2017. In February 2018, the two welcomed their first daughter, Stormi, into the world.

Scott posted a $650 bond, which includes $500 for the criminal trespassing charge and $150 for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
