Travis Kelce’s nieces have him ‘wrapped round their fingers’, reveals his father Ed about the Kansas City Chiefs star – who is heading to Australia to see girlfriend Taylor Swift in concert in Sydney

Ed Kelce revealed that his youngest son, Travis, has a very big soft spot for his three nieces.

While the Kansas City Chiefs star has become a household name due to his football prowess and high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift, Ed shared how his nieces have ‘Uncle Trav’ on their hands.

Ed was referring to Jason Kelce’s daughters with his wife Kylie. The couple share four-year-old Wyatt, two-year-old Elliotte, and 11-month-old Bennett.

“It’s all about the girls, the granddaughters, as you can imagine,” Ed said on Australia’s Today Show. ‘Who, as expected, have their grandparents and their father in their hands.

‘They can do whatever they want. And they have their Uncle Trav in their hands when he shows up.

After Ed mentioned that Jason’s home in Philadelphia is more family-centered, he pointed out the contrast to Travis’ lifestyle in Kansas City.

“We’ve had some good barbecues and enjoyed them,” said Ed. ‘He’s got a lot of friends who will be showing up. There always seems to be someone from Kansas City.

Earlier this week, Ed shared that Travis was “looking forward” to reuniting with his pop star girlfriend in Australia as she resumes her record-breaking Eras tour. The 14-time Grammy Award-winning artist flew from Tokyo to Las Vegas overnight to support Kelce at the Super Bowl on February 11.

“Well, look, we talked after the Super Bowl and I asked him, ‘Are you taking off for Sydney?’ and he seemed interested,” Ed told the Sydney Morning Herald. “He said he would really like to see Sydney and Singapore, but he wasn’t sure because he has commitments.”

Kelce’s week since winning his third title in five years has been split between Kansas City and Las Vegas. On Tuesday, she was spotted in Sin City while she participated in a charity golf tournament.

On Wednesday, however, TMZ reported that the Chiefs star boarded a private jet and was headed to the mainland for Swift’s tour.

Swift has four more performances at Sydney’s Accord Stadium before bringing the show to Singapore in March. The tour will then make several stops in Europe before concluding in Toronto and Vancouver.
