Ed Kelce, the father of beloved NFL brothers Travis and Jason Kelce, says he’s been banned from X for life, but he doesn’t know why.
He made the revelation on Facebook, where he shared a news story claiming that Houthi arms dealers are using X to sell weapons.
Kelce wrote: ‘Arms dealers are free to sell their wares on X, but I’ve been banned for life and they won’t tell me why, just a generic ‘Terms of Service’ violation.’
Ed, along with the rest of the Kelce family, has had a meteoric rise in fame after the Kansas City Chiefs star began dating Taylor Swift last September.
The Kelce brothers joked on their New Heights podcast about feeling nervous when their father spoke to Swift at a Chiefs game last October against the Denver Broncos.

Kelce says he has no idea why he was banned, other than a “Terms of Service” violation.
Kelce made the shocking revelation on Facebook, where he frequently posts.
“Papa Kelce in the spotlight. If you were watching the game, you saw something momentous happen,” Jason said.
“It’s momentous,” Travis added, before Jason continued, “I shouldn’t be talking to Taylor Swift.”
“If you see Dad talking to someone and you can’t hear what’s going on, who knows where that conversation is going.”
Travis continued: “You know Dad like I know him. This is a scary conversation. I felt terrible for Taylor for being involved in this.”
Despite mocking his father for the incident, Travis insisted in the same part of the show that he and Jason “have the best dad in the world.”
And it seems Taylor and Ed are getting along well. They were photographed celebrating together when the Chiefs beat the Ravens last season to reach the Super Bowl and Ed has already paid tribute to Swift backstage.
“Every game there are people crowded outside that suite trying to see Taylor, wanting to meet him,” Ed said on the TODAY show in January.
‘Taylor is very nice, but she can’t do everything. And she has security guards who don’t want her to do anything.
Ed Kelce has previously been highly complimentary of his son’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
“That’s her job and she’s smart enough to know, ‘I pay these guys to keep me safe. I should probably listen to them. ‘ But if it were up to her, she’d be there with everyone who loves her.”
Ed and Swift will likely be spending more time together soon. The NFL season resumes on September 5, when the Chiefs take on the Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Travis and Taylor have been getting some rest before the season starts up again: They’re hanging out at their Rhode Island mansion with Patrick and Brittany Mahomes after the singer’s European tour came to an end last week.
