Travis Kelce reveals his biggest turnoffs amid Taylor Swift dating rumors

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce revealed his biggest turn-off amid reports that he is dating Taylor Swift.

Kelce, 33, who was reportedly ‘hanging out’ with the pop sensation, also 33, started dating during an appearance on Kristin Cavallari’s Let’s Be Honest podcast.

The Chiefs star revealed what would and wouldn’t make sparks fly for him in a relationship.

The two-time Super Bowl winner said he would look for a getaway car because of the high maintenance.

“High maintenance costs, I’m out the door,” he said. “If you’re arrogant, conceited or just higher or above people, that’s the biggest turn-off for me.”

Kelce added that he would be enchanted by “a kind of sweetness” in a partner, explaining that his mother, Donna, is “kind-hearted.”

The eight-time pro bowler added that he is guarded when he enters a relationship.

He said he’d like to take things slow, explaining, “To really dive into a relationship with someone, I think it’s going to at least be, I don’t know, it’s going to take some time.”

“It won’t be immediate because the things I’ve been through, just in my past, I feel like you really have to know someone to take that step and really be committed and go full speed ahead. “I can’t just meet someone and automatically think that eternity is just a day away… I think it takes quite a while for someone to really get to know someone and really have that affection and love for them.”

Kelce, who previously dated influencer and broadcaster Kayla Nicole, was first linked to Swift earlier this month.

They were said to be hanging out when the Midnights hitmaker visited New York a few weeks ago, the Messenger reported last week.

Kelce, who made his season debut on Sunday, scoring a touchdown in the Chiefs’ 17-9 win over the Jaguars, first tried to hook up with Swift when her Eras tour arrived in Kansas City over the summer.

He revealed on his New Heights podcast with brother and Eagles center Jason that he tried to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it.

“So I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Kelce said.

“She’s not meeting anyone, or at least she didn’t want to meet me. So I took it personally.”

Swift, who won nine awards at the VMAs, split from actor Joe Alwyn in April after six years together.

Meanwhile, Barstool Sports CEO David Portnoy made headlines for his comments on Swift’s rumored new relationship with Kelce, saying the NFL star “wouldn’t be my first choice yet” if he were to meet the pop superstar used to be.

Rob Gronkowski – a four-time Super Bowl champion – also commented on Kelce and Swift’s relationship rumors, as he said America’s potential newest power couple would be the “number one Ken and Barbie in the NFL.”
