Aspiring Hollywood star Travis Kelce has been spotted wearing a ‘Happy Gilmore’ hat in public during Adam Sandler’s production of his Happy Gilmore sequel, all of which has sparked speculation that the Kansas City star Chiefs will have a role in the film.
‘Oh! That’s right?’ Big brother Jason asked Travis on this week’s episode of New Heights.
Kelce did not offer a strict denial.
“I didn’t even know there was a job opening for Happy Gilmore 2, but if there is, I’ll be extra,” Travis told his brother. ‘Anything to get around Happy Gilmore or an Adam Sandler movie or set. Count on me. Obviously I’m a big Sandman fan.
Unfortunately for anyone hoping to see Taylor Swift’s boyfriend on the big screen, Kelce all but ruled out the possibility.
“This is exactly what it says it is: a conspiracy theory,” Travis said. ‘Who knows? Theories can become reality. Theories can be true and people just don’t know it, so they could even be talking and no one knows. But I couldn’t participate in the conversation either.’
