Travis Kelce wasn’t in the mood to elaborate on his latest trip to New York with Taylor Swift over the holidays during the latest episode of New Heights.
The Kansas City Chiefs star and his older brother Jason reflected on how they spent the holidays in their first podcast episode of 2025.
After playing on Christmas Day against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Kelce headed to the Big Apple with his girlfriend.
They went out to dinner together in Manhattan during their stay and were photographed having dinner with Jack Antonoff, Swift’s producer, and his wife one night.
But Kelce wasn’t in the mood to give fans any more details during the ‘Out of the House’ section of his podcast.
‘What did I do? I didn’t do anything for New Year’s. I was stuck working on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Eve. “That’s all I have,” Travis offered.
Travis Kelce gave a very brief description of his recent trip to New York with Taylor Swift
The Kansas City Chiefs star did not name his girlfriend when talking about his recent visit.
Jason chimed in, “Well, you went to New York.”
“I went to New York,” Travis said. ‘I ate something delicious and got to see the big city, which I love. I love the big city.’
And with that, the brothers moved on to the next part of their show, without directly mentioning Swift or offering their listeners any further details about the trip.
Although Kelce acted shy, Travis and Taylor reportedly spent New Year’s Eve together in Kansas City because Kelce needed to practice with his Chiefs team.
Page Six said the couple had a romantic night and shared a kiss as the clock struck midnight.
Last weekend, Kelce traveled to Denver with the Chiefs for their final regular-season game against the Broncos.
The tight end sat out the game, and Chiefs head coach Andy Reid rested all of his key men before the playoffs. And without their star men, the Chiefs were soundly defeated in a 38-0 loss.
Kelce and the Chiefs have a bye week this weekend after clinching the AFC’s No. 1 seed with their Christmas Day win over the Steelers.
They will play the winner of the Los Angeles Chargers and Houston Texans over the weekend of January 18-19.
