A transgender Democratic voter was arrested for threatening to kill Donald Trump the day before his appearance at a rally in Pennsylvania.

Paul J. Gavenonis, 74, was detained after she was overheard making the comments while trying to obtain a parking pass at Penn State University.

Gavenonis declared, “I hate Donald Trump, I would like to shoot that guy,” according to police, who say he also imitated a “gun motion” with his hands, Leader of the Lexington Herald information.

Gavenonis has been charged with misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.

She was reported by the employee who issued the parking pass after Gavenonis described going to the top of a building and saying “you can’t carry a gun or the students will see it.”

It was unclear if he was attempting to purchase a parking pass for the day of the rally.

Penn State Police and the Secret Service interviewed Gavenonis after the incident was reported.

During the interview, he allegedly laughed and joked about attacking Trump at the rally, even saying, “Frankly, I hope someone catches him,” according to police.

She was booked into the Center County Correctional Facility on Friday pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday.

It was the second time he narrowly avoided danger in the Keystone State after surviving an assassination attempt during a protest in Butler, Pennsylvania, earlier this year.
