Juventus are said to be leading the chasing pack for Chelsea and USA striker Christian Pulisic.

It’s no secret that the American star is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer after a hugely disappointing season.

He has been heavily linked with a move to Serie A and it looks like Massimiliano Allegri’s side are the favorites to land Pulisic in a $25m deal, reports ESPN.

Chelsea’s Premier League rivals Manchester United and Newcastle, along with Napoli, AC Milan and Galatasaray have all been touted as possible destinations for the player who has struggled to find consistency in west London.

The 24-year-old is set to be part of a massive summer exodus following Chelsea’s abysmal season and the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino as owner Todd Boehly’s fourth manager.

Juventus set to win transfer battle for Chelsea striker Christian Pulisic this summer

Pulisic was booed on the pitch by Chelsea fans in their final game of the season on Sunday.

He left the substitutes’ bench a few minutes from the end, replacing Noni Madueke, but was mocked by some sections of the home support in the 1-1 draw with Newcastle.

He left Chelsea down to 12th place to end the 2022-23 campaign – the first season under Boehly ownership.

Pulisic moved from Borussia Dortmund to Chelsea for $72million in January 2019.

The American has scored one goal and provided two assists in a season affected by a knee injury. Pulisic has started just eight Premier League games and 10 in total after falling out of favor.

Although Pulisic still has a year left on his contract, Chelsea are expected to offload him to raise funds for new boss Mauricio Pochettino and meet Financial Fair Play constraints.

If he leaves, Pulisic would have 26 goals and 21 assists in his 145 total Chelsea appearances.

He helped Chelsea win the Champions League in 2021, coming on as a substitute in the 1-0 win over Manchester City in the Porto final.

Pulisic earlier scored an important goal in the first leg of the semi-final against Real Madrid, while putting on Mason Mount to make it 2-0 in the second leg.
