Chelsea and Monaco are reportedly close to agreeing the transfer of out-of-favour midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
The French international does not feature in Frank Lampard’s plans this season and spent last season on loan at AC Milan.

Chelsea splashed £40m on the midfielder in 2017 after he starred in Monaco’s run to the semi-finals of the Champions League.
But he struggled to settle in London and after just one season under Antonio Conte was let go by Maurizio Sarri.
Bakayoko made 42 appearances for Milan last season before falling out with manager Gennaro Gattuso, who has since left.
