Bankstown Central tragedy: Teen in coma after falling from parking lot

A young man is clinging to life with severe head injuries after a fall in a shopping center car park in south-west Sydney overnight.
Emergency services responded to the scene in Bankstown Central shortly before 10pm on Wednesday night after it was reported that the teenager had been found injured.
It is understood that the teenager was jogging in the parking lot when he fell, sustaining serious head and facial injuries.

Photos from the scene show the teen lying on a gurney surrounded by paramedics and other first responders performing first aid.
He was placed in an induced coma and rushed to Liverpool Hospital in critical condition.
He remains in a coma Thursday as police launched an investigation.
“Police have launched inquiries into the circumstances surrounding how the man was injured,” a spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia.

The mall is a busy complex with over 300 stores.
