A bride-to-be died after having a breast job because she wanted to show off her cleavage in a low-cut wedding dress.
Beautician Alessia Neboso, 21, from Italy, was planning to marry her long-term boyfriend, Mario Lucchesi.
But a few days after the breast implant surgery, Alessia began to feel unwell. The 21-year-old developed high fever, fatigue, cough, weakness and gastrointestinal problems.
After her condition worsened, her family took her to the emergency room at the Villa dei Fiori Clinic in Acerra, near Naples, Italy.
When he was admitted on September 20, his condition was critical.
Alessia Neboso (pictured left), 21, died after having a ‘dream’ breast job to accentuate her chest with a wedding dress since she planned to marry her long-term boyfriend, Mario Lucchesi ( in the photo on the right).
Dr Feliciano Ciccarelli told local media: “The fellow service members immediately understood that the situation was very serious.
‘All his functional indicators were altered; ‘His kidneys were already failing, his white blood cell count was 17,000 and he was starting to have difficulty breathing.’
The normal range for a white blood cell count is usually between 4,000 and 11,000 per microliter.
Dr Ciccarelli continued: ‘We put her through every possible test. We wanted to understand where the sepsis was located.
“We did an ultrasound and a CT scan of the abdomen, another CT scan of the chest, from which we understood that the problem came from the lungs.”
Alessia was stabilized and taken to the ICU.
Despite doctors’ attempts to keep her alive, she died of cardiac arrest a few hours later.
Alessia had been thinking about getting a boob job for months.

Days after surgery, Alessia developed high fever, fatigue, cough, weakness and gastrointestinal problems.

The 21-year-old beautician suffered sepsis and eventually died from cardiac arrest.

Alessia had been thinking about having breast surgery for months and wanted to go up a couple of cup sizes.
A close friend, who preferred to remain anonymous, told local media: “Her dream was to get married in a beautiful low-cut dress that would highlight her new cleavage.
‘Alessia had always had a complex about her small breasts, although in reality they were not that small: in my opinion, they were almost perfect.
‘But she didn’t want to listen to advice and had decided to do so; She didn’t care what anyone said.
‘She didn’t even want to listen to her boyfriend; He was not in favor either.
“When he came to my house to get a manicure, he didn’t talk about anything else and was very happy that he had found the courage to go to the surgeon.”

Alessia’s boyfriend, Mario, was not in favor of breast implant surgery, but Alessia was determined.

When Alessia arrived at the emergency room, all of her functional indicators were altered; Her kidneys were already failing, her white blood cell count was 17,000, and she was beginning to have difficulty breathing.

Alessia was due to marry her fiancé Mario and wanted to undergo cosmetic surgery to look her best on her wedding day.
Alessia had decided to enlarge her breasts a couple of sizes at a clinic specializing in plastic surgery.
She first went there for routine tests before returning on September 11 for the operation and was discharged the same day.
Dr Ciccarelli said: ‘She was fine until the 18th.
‘The first discomfort came that night and continued the next morning.
“Then the progression got worse until the 20th, when he arrived at the clinic in critical condition and in ‘code red’.”

A close friend of Alessia (pictured with her fiancé Mario Lucchesi on a private beach in Cannes) said she always had a complex about her breasts, but in her opinion they were perfect.

Alessia’s devastated family has lodged a complaint and police are now investigating where the procedure went wrong.

Mario posted on social media: ‘I love you, Alè, no one can ever take your place. You will always be my woman!’

His parents told local media: ‘If there are responsibilities, they must come to light. If Alessia died because of the doctors, we want justice.
“She was very well, she was beautiful, young and healthy. They should tell us what happened in that operating room.
Former neighbor Francesca, 65, told local media: ‘On Sunday she was due to attend the baptism of her niece, her sister’s daughter who bore her name.
“She was delighted and now she won’t be able to hold that girl in her arms.”
Mario wrote today on social media: ‘I love you, Alè, no one can ever take your place. You will always be my woman!
‘You are the most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me. I will have no mercy on anyone until justice is done.
‘You will always be in my heart and in that of your family. I love you a lot.’
