Nigora Bannatyne gave credence to an old saying on Wednesday as she showed off her youthful physique while vacationing in the Bahamas.
In fact, the brunette proved that age is just a number when she showed off her washboard abs in a speckled blue bikini while posing for a series of coastal photos after celebrating her 44th birthday in the West Indies.
In one image, shared with her 29,000 Instagram followers, she reclines against a piece of sun-bleached driftwood, while the blue of the Atlantic Ocean provides a suitably picturesque backdrop.
Nigora, a former dental surgery receptionist, has been making the most of her time in the Bahamas after jetting off for a birthday holiday with her millionaire husband Duncan Bannatyne, 75.
Over the weekend, she praised her husband and their “beautiful family and friends” for their “kindness and energy” as she shared more photos from the trip.

Nigora is Duncan’s third wife after two previous marriages to his first, Gail Brodie, in 1987, and his second wife, Joanne McCue, in 2006.
The former Dragon’s Den star has four children with Gail and two with Joanna, while Uzbekistan-born Nigora is also mother to daughter Gabrielle from a previous relationship.
Duncan proposed to the brunette in 2016 with a £40,000 ring at the Monte Carlo millionaires’ playground, just over 12 months after they embarked on a relationship.
The couple originally met in 2014 when Duncan visited the Harley Street dental clinic where she worked as a receptionist.
They married in Portugal in 2017 before traveling to Croatia for their honeymoon.
Duncan and Nigora previously spoke with OK! magazine about the moment they met.

Nigora is Duncan’s third wife after previously marrying Gail Brodie and Joanne McCue, in 1987 and 2006 respectively.
The business tycoon insisted she was on his mind from the moment he saw her at the dental office.
He said: ‘I saw her there one day while they were making some crowns for her. Just as he was working up the courage to talk to her, he rang her doorbell for my appointment.
‘When I got home I couldn’t stop thinking about her, I felt obsessed! I fell in love with her.’
Nigora added: ‘The first day. He told me: “I’m madly in love with you.” I thought she was joking and I was speechless!’
