The man's behavior comes in the wake of a series of embarrassing incidents in Bali, prompting a warning to all foreigners.
Bali Governor Wayan Koster said disrespectful visitors would be removed from the country.
'In the future, if there are tourists like that we should just send them home, they are being disorderly coming to Bali. We will give them this warning, "Governor Koster told reporters.
"They shouldn't just think on the basis of income, and then allow tourists to engage in disrespectful behavior," he said.
His comments came after Instagram influencer and model Sabina Dolezalova, posted a video of her boyfriend Zdenek Slouka spraying holy water from a fountain on the backside.
