Tottenham left back Danny Rose awaits a change to Paris Saint-Germain despite Schalke's interest.
The Bundesliga team was close to reaching an agreement to take Rose on loan for the new season, but PSG also expressed interest in him and are now the first choice of the English defense, according to Sun.
Rose has been told that she can leave Tottenham this month and have until the end of August to seal a move away from England, with the transfer window open in most of Europe.

The 28-year-old suffered a season of injuries during the last campaign and has fallen behind Ben Davies in the hierarchical order.
Rose recovered in time to reach the World Cup and was part of the England team that reached the semifinals, although Ashley Young was the preferred left-back.
But with the transfer window now closed in England, Tottenham will not be able to replace Rose if she leaves.

Mauricio Pochettino's team was the first team in the Premier League not to sign anyone since the transfer of summer.
There was one last attempt to sign Jack Grealish of Aston Villa, but the championship team held firm and declined an offer of £ 25 million from the Spurs.
If Rose moves to France or Germany, I could give one of Tottenham's youthful products in Kyle Walker-Peters a chance, who can play in any of the defense roles.
