Conservative MP Bob Stewart is due to appear in court next month on charges of two public order offences.
The alleged crimes involving Beckenham’s representative took place in December last year, the Metropolitan Police said.
Stewart, 73, will appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 5.
