The radio star, wife of former soccer star Corey Parker, praised anti-vaxxers for winning an explosive legal battle, saying the vaccine mandate violated the human rights of Australians.

On Tuesday, a court found that Queensland police and ambulance workers were unlawfully instructed to receive Covid-19 vaccines or face potential disciplinary action.

The court handed down rulings in three claims brought by 86 parties against the Queensland Police Service and the Queensland Ambulance Service over instructions to workers issued in 2021 and 2022.

Margaux Parker told listeners to Brisbane’s Triple M Breakfast on Wednesday that the ruling opens the door to all public servants who were similarly sacked for not receiving the vaccine.

“This is a great victory for the public servants of the Queensland Ambulance Service and the Queensland Police Service,” he said.

He added that he believes the mandate was a violation of human rights.

“(Public servants’) freedom of choice was taken away…many of them couldn’t find employment (after they were laid off),” Parker said.

His co-host, Greg Martin, also commented on the ruling, calling it a historic decision.

“They finally had a rich grandfather, Clive Palmer, who said, ‘I’ll keep this case for as long as it takes,'” Martin said.

Parker also took to Instagram after the legal decision to share her opinion on the matter.

‘I’m sorry to anyone who didn’t have a choice! Because of the propaganda they pushed,” she posted.

‘I will also apologize to anyone who has reported or condemned me for sharing ‘MISINFORMATION’.

“They told us it was safe and we had to do it for the good of the community, but guess what THEY LIED.”
