Dr. Linkov broke down the cost of each procedure, such as $50,000 for a lip filler over 19 years, a facelift for $80,000, and veneers for $40,000. In total, he said he probably spent about $275,000 over the years on improvements to his appearance.

Dr. Linkov said Lindsay probably started receiving lip fillers when she was 19 years old and continued doing so for about 19 years.
Dr. Linkov said Lindsay appears to have dissolved some of her lip fillers in 2022, after nearly two decades of receiving the injectables.
Looking at photos of her from this year, he added that she had likely undergone several other procedures.
He said: “I see signs of a potential endoscopic facelift,” which involves the surgeon making small cuts near the hairline and behind the ear, using a small camera called an endoscope to see the tissue underneath and then using special tools to move tissue, tighten muscles and eliminate fat.
Dr. Linkov added that it shows less fullness under the chin and less pronounced folds running from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth, also known as nasolabial folds.
Dr. Linkov added: “What I am noticing is that there is less submental fullness (fullness under the chin) and that there is a less pronounced nasal labial fold (which I had previously).
He added: “And the jawline just looks tighter, it looks tighter than in previous years.”
He postulated that he underwent an upper bletharoplasty, or an operation to reduce the skin over the eyes, in 2022.
“That upper eyelid platform seems to be more visible compared to the previous one.”
And he also suggested that perhaps she had had a nose job, saying that the top of her nose seemed smaller than it was before.
“I don’t think Lindsay ever had a bulbous nose,” he said, “but now it looks narrower and slimmer.”
He said the scars from these procedures were not visible because those from a possible endoscopic facelift would be behind the hairline, while those from an upper bletharoplasty would be hidden due to the way the eye skin folds.
He said Lindsay may have had an upper blepharoplasty, as her upper eyelid appears to show more tarsal plateau, a typical result of excess skin being removed during the procedure, with the scar often hidden in the crease.
Dr. Linkov was unable to observe Lindsay in person and instead based his comments on observations of her photographs.
Lindsay’s father previously said: ‘Lindsay never had any plastic surgery.
“Their looks are so natural, as is their talent,” adding that it was “disgusting” that people were “propagating false narratives” about the stars.
After questioning, she admitted that the Mean Girls star had gotten peels, fillers and Botox.
