And on Monday, the 30-year-old proudly flaunted her baby bump at the iHeartRadio Awards in Los Angeles.
The OnlyFans model showed off her curves in a tight black dress that hugged her physique.
She was joined by Jesse, who placed a protective hand on her stomach as they kissed on the red carpet.
Jesse donned trendy black pants with a matching tank top and bold silver necklaces.

Francesca announced her first pregnancy on Sunday after an “altered” IVF journey with her fiancé Jesse.
She broke the news via social media on International Transgender Day of Visibility in honor of soon-to-be father Jesse, 34, whose reassigned gender was confirmed in 2019.
“We wanted to take advantage of this special day to celebrate this incredible milestone with all of you,” Francesca, who has six million followers on Instagram, wrote in a joint post.
“We’ve been with you through defeat, so we couldn’t wait to take you with us to victory,” he gushed.

In the accompanying TikTok video, Jesse hinted at gender using My Best Friend Jacob’s 2018 song To Our Daughter (Lullaby), two baby emojis meaning twins, and what appeared to be two embryos.
The intended parents selected a sperm donor together before Sullivan had nine eggs retrieved last August (generating five embryos) and Farago had 18 eggs retrieved last September (generating eight embryos).

The brunette beauty looked like a supermodel as she posed up a storm on the media wall.
It is still unclear which embryo from either parent was transferred into the Canadian reality star’s uterus on March 19 at the Tree of Life Center in Los Angeles under the direction of fertility specialist Dr. Vuk Jovanovic.
But Jesse proudly announced that he had “finally gotten her pregnant” in the comments of his post, which received congratulations from pop star Demi Lovato and Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause.
Sullivan was 18 when she mothered 15-year-old Arlo Bear Sullivan (who uses they/them pronouns) after having unprotected sex with a teenager in 2006, and “can’t wait to see Arlo be a brother” .
“When I felt guilty as a trans man because (Francesca) had to go through this (pregnancy) process, she always assured me that she wouldn’t have it any other way,” the heavily tattooed TikToker said on March 19.

Jesse previously stated in their February 1 YouTube vlog that they plan to raise their children according to the gender assigned by their sex at birth “and then give them the space, love, and freedom to discover if it’s different later.”
“The way I raised Arlo was like blank parenting, where I never imposed gender norms on them,” Sullivan explained.
‘From a young age I used them and obviously considered them feminine and then when they grew up and discovered that within themselves they told me one day: “I want to go through them and that was it and they never looked back.”

On Valentine’s Day, the founder of Farago the Label wrote that they were “postponing the wedding until our first baby or babies.”
Sullivan was previously married to model Teela Sullivan, while Francesca is said to have dated Jef Holm, Harry Jowsey, Casey Boonstra, Kelechi Dyke, Haley Cureton, Kori Sampson, Branden Condy and Tana Mongeau.
Farago first found fame competing on the Netflix dating shows Too Hot to Handle (2020), followed by Love Is Blind (2021) and Perfect Match (2023).
