The Australian reality star, who rose to fame in the Netflix show Too Hot To Handle, revealed this weekend that he has been struggling with psychological problems for years.
Speak with The Sunday Telegraphthe 26 year old spoke about the dark thoughts that had haunted him since his teenage years, and how he previously turned to self-harm.
‘I used to cut off the top of my arm instead of the bottom. There is a scar,” he said.
In an attempt to protect his parents from his distress, he masked his injuries as accidents.

Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, the Australian native spoke about the dark thoughts that have haunted him since his teenage years, and how he previously turned to self-harm.
“I used to do the tops of my arms because I didn’t want my parents to think I was sad,” he added.
Unfortunately, the torment followed him into adulthood, sending him into new periods of darkness, exacerbated by a toxic relationship that left him feeling isolated and craving support.
“There was also a period recently where I was having a really dark time and I didn’t know how to get through it,” Harry revealed.

However, his journey shows his resilience as he actively sought therapy to cope with his tumultuous emotions.
Despite his internal struggles, Harry insists that hope has never failed him.
‘It comes in waves, but there has never been a moment where I thought: I’m going to end it now. There has always been light, he continued.
