Simon & Schuster publishers have a book that he will soon be publishing, & The Path: Accelerating Your Journey to Financial Freedom & # 39; removed by him and financial advisor Peter Mallouk from his website. Buzz feed reported.

Robbins' lawyers said in a statement that the book had simply been postponed and that the publisher had not broken ties with Robbins.

& # 39; Saying or suggesting otherwise is absolutely incorrect & # 39 ;, his lawyers told Buzzfeed.

However, a source at Simon & Schuster later said: & # 39; We are not busy publishing The Path. & # 39;

Robbin & # 39; s former co-author, Peter Mallouk, is the president of Creative Planning, a $ 38 billion asset management firm, and is considered a powerful figure in global finance.

Buzzfeed News also discovered video of Robbins this week with a racist statement at one of his seminars in the 1980s.

Peter Mallouk, owner and CEO of Creative Planning, told DailyMail.com about Robbins removal: “We have been negotiating an exit for six months. The separation between Tony and Creative Planning was inevitable, and it was a mutual decision and friendly. & # 39;

Published in two separate stories on May 17 and May 22, Buzzfeed News has quoted nine prosecutors who claim that Robbins behaved improperly towards them by either making sexual advances or undressing for them.

He would also have showered for them, scorned audience participants during arena shows where they had sought help, and asked those asking for crowds to look for attractive women.

In a video posted to YouTube from Australia on May 22, where he organized an event, Robbins accused BuzzFeed of lying flat & # 39; although he said he is now a & # 39; better person than I was in my twenties & # 39; and thirties. & # 39;

He also apologized to anyone who might have been offended by his behavior.

& # 39; I have never claimed to be perfect and if there is anything I have ever said or have ever done, sincerely, that someone has offended, hurt someone's feelings, or if they have felt anything of that nature, I have you just don't support it, I apologize, & he said.

& # 39; It certainly was not my intention. & # 39;

Robbins lawyers said their client absolutely denies the allegations & # 39; and & # 39; specifically denies engaging in any of the alleged behaviors & # 39; with women who have come forward.

Robbins & # 39; spokeswoman Connelly told Wednesday on DailyMail.com:' BuzzFeed has manipulated facts and sourcing to present a false and unilateral negative story in support of his predetermined agenda for Mr. BuzzFeed. Use Robbins as a handy target for celebrities.

& # 39; What BuzzFeed has published is unsubstantiated and sensational tabloid journalism that largely relies on alleged events from 20-30 years ago. & # 39;

The prosecutor of Robbins – Kimberly Stokes

Kimberly Stokes, a former staff member who was working as a personal assistant to Robbins at the age of 22, claims that he once entered her bathroom while showering and & # 39; dropped his towel & # 39 ;.

Stokes says that Robbins has exposed herself to her, even though she had previously rejected his advances.

Advertisements

Stokes told BuzzFeed that she started working for Robbins in 1988.

She said she fled home after being abused as a child and left homeless at the age of 14.

Stokes said she sold family jewelry to buy a plane ticket for one of the Robbins events.

She then got a job with Robbins, which meant that she lived with him and his then wife in their home in San Diego.

& # 39; Tony knew my whole background, so when he abused or when he was inappropriate, he understood the extent of what was going on, & she said.

The first time Robbins hit Stokes was when he took her by helicopter to a mountain, she claims.

When the helicopter landed, Robbins told her that he thought she was & # 39; really attractive & she said.

He also inquired about her romantic life.

According to Stokes, they kissed briefly, but she refused to continue. She says she told him she didn't want to go behind his wife's back.

While Stokes now says that she may have been hired for the wrong reasons, she continued to work at his home.

A month later she said she was taking a shower in her bathroom at Robbins & # 39; s house.

Stokes claims that when she pulled the curtain away, she saw Robbins standing there in a towel.

She claims that Robbins then dropped the towel and exposed herself. She said she went wild & # 39; and yelled at him to leave.

& # 39; I was furious because it violated trust & # 39 ;, she told BuzzFeed News.

& # 39; I have no bull *** t. If I said no, I mean no. & # 39;

Two former Robbins executives, both men, said Stokes told them about the incident shortly after it happened, according to BuzzFeed News.

The former staff members refused to be mentioned.

Stokes said she got caught & # 39; & # 39; felt because she was alone in California with no relatives to trust and no savings.

Eight months after the alleged incident, she says she was fired because she had a & # 39; wild party & # 39; has thrown what she denies.

& # 39; I felt traumatized, & # 39; she said. & # 39; I did all this to save myself and here I was in the middle of nowhere. & # 39;

Stokes said she decided to talk about her experiences with Robbins because & I just want him to stop his behavior towards women and I don't want anyone else to be hurt & # 39 ;.

Robbins' lawyers denied Stokes's allegations. They quoted her website, in which she positively describes her time for Robbins.

The prosecutor of Robbins – Sophiah Koikas

Another woman, Sophiah Koikas, said she attended one of the Robbins seminars in Hawaii in the early 1990s, where Robbins reportedly pulled her hand to his genitals and felt her chest.

Koikas said that Robbins took her hand and pressed against his genitals during a seminar in Hawaii in the early nineties.

She said that Robbins walked past a group of fans and started shaking their hands.

& # 39; When he took mine, he pushed it against his penis, & # 39; she told BuzzFeed News.

& # 39; It made me crazy. … I tried to pull my hand away as quickly as possible, but he grabbed my hand so tightly that he wouldn't let go. & # 39;

During a fire run during the seminar, Koikas claims that Robbins touched her chest instead of touching her shoulder, as he did with other participants.

& # 39; He cupped my entire left breast, grabbed him and then shook him, & # 39; says Koikas.

She says that one of Robbins' assistants approached her during the event.

& # 39; Tony finds you cute, & # 39; she says.

& # 39; Would you like to get to know him and meet him? & # 39;

Koikas refused and said she thought Robbins was married.

She said that although she was angry about what Robbins did, she signed up for another event a few years later.

& # 39; At the time we were not talking about these issues, & # 39; she said.

& # 39; We thought he was just a weird creep. & # 39;

Koikas says she refused to tell anyone in her family what had happened to her to not worry them.

A friend of Koikas told BuzzFeed that two years ago she trusted her that Robbins reportedly felt for her chest and pressed her hand to his penis.

Koikas told BuzzFeed News that she couldn't remember the exact dates, but she did provide event photos and a letter from another participant dated September 9, 1991.

Robbins' lawyers denied the allegations of Koikas. They quoted YouTube videos in which she posed her by a tree in a long dress as proof that her & # 39; reliability & # 39; was at stake.

Robbin & # 39; s prosecutor – Mary Lantz

Mary Lantz claims that Robbins sexually harassed her at an event in Ohio.

Robbins told Lantz that she made him & # 39; crazy & # 39; and that he hugged, kissed, and touched her chest, according to BuzzFeed.

Lantz said that she attended one of Robbins & # 39; seminars in Cleveland around 1990.

She claimed that Robbins saw her in the crowd during the event, walked over to her, picked her up and spun her around.

When the seminar took a break, Lantz claims that Robbins has left the stage and called her.

& # 39; He put his arm around me and he said – and I'll never forget – & # 39; Do you want to sit in the front row of my seminar every time? Because you're driving me crazy, "she said.

Lantz claims that Robbins is currently pulling her toward him in a hug, kissing her on the cheek, and wrapping his arm around her so that it wriggled along the side of her chest.

& # 39; The whole thing was creepy, & # 39; she said.

& # 39; I was surprised that he would do that for thousands of people.

& # 39; I felt it was sexual harassment.

& # 39; We didn't have that word back then, but I felt it hit me. & # 39;

After the seminar, Lantz said that one of Robbins employees came running to her and told her that the life coach wanted to invite her to come and eat with him.

She says she told the man she wasn't hungry and went home.

Lantz says she called a friend Robert Tackett the same night she returned home and told him what had happened.

Tackett confirmed to BuzzFeed News that Lantz called him to say & # 39; she was constantly approached and hit by Mr. Robbins. & # 39;

& # 39; I was worried and tried to comfort her, & # 39; he said.

& # 39; She was very upset about how it went. & # 39;

Lantz claims that she wrote a letter with a complaint to Robbins 'company months later, but Robbins' lawyers say they have no information about receiving such a complaint.

Robbin & # 39; s prosecutor – Lucie Galvez

Lucie Galvez, a fourth prosecutor, said that Robbins interviewed for a personal assistant job around 2001, when she was in her early twenties, after attending one of his events.

Galvez claims that Robbins told her that the work should work in close collaboration with him and his girlfriend at the time and that the couple can sometimes be naked.

Galvez told BuzzFeed that she thought the interview & # 39; sexually inappropriate and almost predatory & # 39; used to be.

& # 39; It felt like I was being interviewed for sexual threesomes as opposed to an assistant's job, & # 39; she said.

& # 39; I remember asking me: & # 39; How do you feel about nudity? & # 39; And I thought: & # 39; Okay, this is taking a strange turn & # 39;. & # 39;

She says that during the interview, Robbins asked her how she would feel if she saw him and his girlfriend in the shower or slept naked.

Robbins would have told her that she & # 39; blushed & # 39 ;.

& # 39; I think he enjoyed looking back at the shock value & # 39 ;, Galvez told BuzzFeed News.

& # 39; Definitely a sexually inappropriate conversation, it was almost predatory …

& # 39; They already tell you the glamor of the job, the benefits, how you would be treated like royalty, all that.

& # 39; I see how he chose very young, influenceable people that he could mold. & # 39;

Galvez says she felt so uncomfortable with the interview that she refused the appeal when Robbins offered it to her.

In November 2014, Galvez wrote an email to a friend describing the interview with Robbins, according to BuzzFeed News.

Galvez says she decided to come forward after Robbins issued a statement last week stating that he never & # 39; intentionally nude & # 39; was for staff members.

She says that Robbins & # 39; makes the courageous women to speak out when liars encounter & # 39 ;.

& # 39; I felt responsible to step up and defend what they claim, & # 39; she said.

& # 39; I know my own personal experience resonates with what they claim. & # 39;

Robbin & # 39; s prosecutors – two anonymous assistants

Two assistants claimed that they were forced to be in the same room as him while he showered or was naked.

& # 39; He would call you into the bathroom with him. "Hey come here, I want you to write something down", "someone who refused to be called but said that she worked with him for 18 months in the 1990s," she said.

& # 39; He just didn't care, he was too powerful & # 39 ;, she added.

I do not support that someone rapes her or abuses her, but I do not support her to manipulate herself, men and other people by trying to use that tool

What Robbins told a member of the public in 2003

She claimed he had once left the bathroom and dropped his towel in a hotel room for her.

She said that she ran in tears and that she wanted to share her story sooner, using her full name, but she was afraid of him.

Robbin & # 39; s prosecutor – Kate Ritasse

Kate Ritasse, another assistant who went to the bathroom to take notes, said she didn't find it offensive or inappropriate, only & # 39; strange & # 39 ;.

& # 39; It would be my job to give him & # 39; getting out of bed in the morning so that I would wake up and pull his bare ass out of bed.

& # 39; I had to get his naked ass in the shower and in his suit. I think some people would think it was weird.

& # 39; Yes, I could be a victim, I could take the victim road, but I just chose not to do it, & # 39; she said, standing beside him.

Gary King, a former long-term employee, said he had seen audience members become mentally ill and unstable after his Date With Destiny Shows. He said he became sensitive to it after his son's suicide.

Robbin & # 39; s prosecutor – Anonymous Former employee

In a long article published on May 17, BuzzFeed cited anonymous prosecutors who said that Robbins showered for them, scorned audience participants during arena shows where they had sought help, and asked buyers to search crowds for attractive women.

A former employee, who does not want to be named, said he immediately & # 39; beautiful & # 39; when she started working for him.

My job would be to get him out of bed in the morning so that I would wake up and pull his bare ass out of bed. & # 39; I had to get his naked ass in the shower and in his suit. Former employee Kate Ritasse

The woman started working for him in the late 1990s & # 39; 90.

She said that over the next few years he would encourage her to end two relationships and offered to fly her to see him.

During one show, she said he told a crowd to think she had an orgasm and then leaned at her and said, & # 39; I want to see you with an orgasm. & # 39;

She told BuzzFeed that the more she rejected him, the more he pursued her.

& # 39; It is part of what he learns: find out what you want.

& # 39; And he wants you as a wife, & # 39; she said.

His lawyers rejected her claims as & # 39; ridiculous & # 39 ;.

Robbin & # 39; s prosecutor – Anonymous woman & # 39; J & # 39;

Another woman claims to have had an affair with him that she said ended when his then wife, Becky, became suspicious.

That woman, who herself & # 39; J & # 39; called, was fired, she claims without explanation, then by King.

Other allegations of inappropriate behavior by Robbins at his seminars

Robbins has also been accused by former members and employees of calling names of vulnerable target groups and sexual harassment of staff.

The allegations of sexual harassment are related to alleged incidents that occurred before he married his second wife, Sage.

Robbins got angry with his own article about Medium, where he denied all accusations and said that he had been mistakenly chased by the news broadcast for a year.

His lawyers also rejected BuzzFeed's allegations, saying they were made up or came from discredited, unsatisfied former employees, including women who & # 39; obsessed & # 39; were with him and therefore had to be fired from the company.

Robbins, who counts the Kardashians, Serena Williams and Oprah among his many celebrity fans, has openly talked about having consensual relationships in the past.

The accusations include secret recordings of performances secretly obtained by people who had agreed not to film any film on disclaimers before.

At a show in 2018, Robbins is said to have told a woman who described that she had been abused by her husband because he had to tolerate that she was a crazy *** & # 39 ;.

He also said that she & # 39; lied & # 39 ;. That woman said afterwards that she was grateful for the experience and did not find it harmful.

He also told the crowd that he would not have been in love unless they had thought of killing their partner, according to a leaked transcript from the show that BuzzFeed published.

In 2003, after a show in Australia, he boasted to the staff about telling a woman who claimed to have been raped using her to manipulate & # 39 ;.

# I do not support someone who rapes her or abuses her, but I do not support her to manipulate herself, men and other people by trying to use that tool when it really is not the primary experience of her life , & # 39; he said.

He boasted that he cut her off on a & # 39; warm & # 39 ;, & # 39; elegant & # 39 ;, & # 39; fantastic & # 39; way.

The tactics were beaten by insulting specialists and experts who spoke with BuzzFeed and called his unorthodox reports harmful, but the women themselves did not express themselves in a complaint.

ROBBINS & # 39; REBUTTAL FOR BUZZFEED

I would rather not have written this letter.

I have been the target of a one-year investigation by BuzzFeed. Unfortunately, your organization has made it clear to my team that you intend to continue publishing an incorrect, calendar-based version of the past, imbued with untruths. The intention is to belittle me personally, my family, my life's work and the efforts of millions of people around the world who have been through this journey in the last 40 years.

To put it in the words of your own reporters, prepare to publish an article with the malicious intent to bring down Tony Robbins.

You have rejected my team's requests to personally meet with you to provide evidence that contradicts your false allegations. You do not seek the truth; you try to promote your own agenda.

After more than a year of research by your online entertainment company, you claim that about 20-30 years ago – when I was in the 20s and in the early 30s – I was negligent with both my employees and individuals who chose to attend my seminars to attend. You also claim (via anonymous sources) that I pursued conflicting intimate relationships. Your claims range from unclear to ridiculous.

We have evidence to prove that your reporters have rejected and otherwise ignored the factual accounts of different people you contacted. In some cases, these people were even harassed and lied when their accounts did not match the predetermined statement of Buzzfeed.

What stands out – even in the current sea of misrepresentation and journalistic corner machining – is the 2014 report from the industrial, non-partisan Pew Research Center that Buzzfeed names as & # 39; the least trusted news source & # 39; from everyone. It is therefore logical that you are currently facing financial, organizational and management problems. BuzzFeed feeds the current cultural gap in an unparalleled way by targeting well-known individuals with false accusations to stimulate the readership and serve the shareholders.

Let me be clear, while my open-class therapeutic methods are not for everyone, and although on my best day I am still just an imperfect person, I have never behaved in the reckless, irresponsible, or malicious manner suggested by false , unfounded and inflammatory allegations presented by BuzzFeed storytellers.

Several people have contacted us to let us know that you have attempted to manipulate their testimony and, in some cases, have even ignored their legal adviser when they endorse inaccuracies and incorrect descriptions of their clients' personal accounts by your reporters.

Why didn't you listen to what these people had to say and instead chose to deal with reverse truths as your central story?

Your organization cannot claim objectivity or journalistic integrity if your ethical and standard policies claim that in & # 39; activism & # 39; problems & # 39; are not two-sided & # 39 ;. As we all know, there are always two sides to fair democracy.

In my six decades on this earth, I have had the privilege of working with leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, Princess Diana, presidents of countries and international companies, not to mention millions of dedicated people from more than 100 countries around the world. world. Never in my life have I witnessed a cultural climate like that in which we live today.

Genoeg is genoeg.
