Toni Collette looked sensational while swimming while on vacation on the Italian island of Ischia on Sunday.

The Australian actress, 50, was seen wearing a bright orange two-piece bikini with a white trim while enjoying a dip in the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Screen star Toni shaded her eyes behind a pair of mirrored green sunglasses as she cooled off in the water from the blistering European heat wave, with temperatures set to hit 49C in Italy this week.

Golden Globe winner Collette was seen splashing in the blue water before boarding a boat with her loved ones.

Her trip comes after she confirmed her split from husband Dave Galafassi after 20 years of marriage.

He has enjoyed spending time with his good friend, partner and producer Christopher Simon, 60, and the pair attended Ischia Global Fest 2023 last week to promote their new film Mafia Mama.

Toni showed off her slender figure in her skimpy orange bikini that featured a halter-neck triangle top and high-cut pants, while Christopher showed off his muscular physique in striped gray shorts.

Toni and Christopher, who are longtime friends, previously worked together on the 2015 comedy film Miss You Ready, in which Toni starred while Christopher served as a producer.

Christopher and Toni are also co-producers of the film Mafia Mama, which was released earlier this year and features Toni in the title role.

Toni, who also stars in the film, shared a tribute to Christopher for his hard work on the film earlier this year, sharing an Instagram video of the pair dancing in a photo shoot for the official Mafia Mama poster.

In December, Collette announced that she and her husband of 20 years, musician Dave Galafassi, 46, were getting a divorce.

The former couple, who are parents to daughter Sage, 15, and son Arlo, 12, married in 2003.

Dave, who was a drummer in an indie rock band when he met the About a Boy star, confirmed their split in December 2022 when he was photographed passionately kissing chiropractor Shannon Egan on Manly Beach in Sydney.

MailOnline contacted Toni’s management about the photos and, hours later, announced that the couple had split in a joint statement posted to their newly reactivated Instagram account.

“It is with grace and gratitude that we announce that we are divorcing,” he wrote in the joint statement.

“We are united in our decision and we part with continued respect and care for one another. Our children are of the utmost importance to us and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit in a different way.”

We are grateful for the space and love you give us as we evolve and move through this transition peacefully. Thank you so much.’

An old friend of Toni’s told him Women’s Day earlier this year that she was devastated that their split became so public.

“She hasn’t recovered from their split and isn’t likely to anytime soon,” the friend told the publication at the time.

“The promotional side of movies is something he usually enjoys, but not when his life is a mess.”

The pair met in 2002 at the launch of Galafassi’s band’s debut album Metal Detector in Sydney, their second meeting coming just a few days later at a house party.

They married with Buddhist rituals at their estate in Berry, on the south coast of New South Wales, less than a year after they met, in January 2003.
