Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, says their beloved pet, Neena, is “safe” after a coyote attack in the backyard of their Woodland Hills, California, home.
The comedian, 38, who has been married to the Mötley Crüe rocker, 61, since 2019, posted security footage of the harrowing incident on Instagram on Tuesday, in which a coyote pulled her dog before she rescued the canine off-camera.
“I climbed up on the wall and pulled her out of his mouth,” Furlan said. “Thank God she’s a little fat because she couldn’t get over the wall with her.”
“If it had been a girl, she would have been gone already. This is in broad daylight, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.”
Furlan said local coyotes are “getting more brazen and hungry” and that he “won’t even let the dogs out anymore.”

Furlan added: “Please be careful… this is ridiculous. Hug your babies really tight.”
Furlan said TMZ that the dog did not suffer any injuries in the incident, as the coyote appeared to grab its fur.
In the clip, a man who appeared to be the veteran musician is seen running around the backyard, just like Furlan.
Furlan wrote in the Instagram post: ‘Warning: I was letting the dogs out to pee and was watching them and a coyote came and grabbed Nene in broad daylight.’
She advised her followers: “Please be very careful with your dogs.”
Furlan said the incident marked the first time in four years at the residence that they had an encounter with a coyote, adding that coyotes “are desperate.”

Coyotes rarely attack humans, but often target small canines, the station reported.
