When it comes to style, we are all inspired by what we see; Whether it’s a well-dressed celebrity, a jaw-dropping runway performance, or even a fashionable passerby.
As fashion editors, we are moved by all of the above and then some. We are exposed to labels that go unnoticed; we see the collections first-hand months before they hit the stores; we attend VIP events; We access brands with elegant but economical offers and we buy a lot.
To share our knowledge, FEMAIL brings you Style Swoon, a weekly series of the latest, greatest and hottest. We hope this series serves as a buying guide and point of inspiration for everyone.

“There has been a great turnout and I am very happy to be here,” Dee Ocleppo said of the successful opening party.
Each of Alexandria’s pieces embodies a spectrum of human emotions through a series of large-scale acrylic paintings on canvas.
“During Covid I started painting the life lines and then I started to evolve,” Alexandria told the Daily Mail.
“I was interested in the transformation between the themes of guilt, permission and acceptance, fully accepting life, humanity and the human condition: all the ugliness, all the beauty, all the imperfections, and embracing them.
“And finally finding the freedom that is the body language pieces.”
The show is open to the public and will run until April 29.
Gallery 33 focuses on emerging and established artists, local and international, and is located at The Georgian at 1415 Ocean Ave, Santa Monica, CA.

Naturalizer premiered its Gen N project series with Live Tinted founder Deepica Mutyala on the rooftop of the Proper Hotel in Santa Monica.
The footwear brand that puts women first chose Deepica as its inaugural partner in the collaboration series, which was born from the belief that inclusivity and transparency can inspire others.
“Generally speaking, I always wanted to explore the idea of beauty and fashion because the intersection of the two is very real,” Deepica told the Daily Mail.
“This idea of being comfortable in your own skin in both verticals is really honest to me.”
The star – who rose to fame on YouTube after wearing red lipstick under her eyes to hide dark circles – looked chic for her event in a beige two-piece skirt set.
The capsule collection features two styles in three colorways, all with clear straps.
“In this chapter of my life I’m comfortable with myself and I love fashion in general, so when they approached me I thought this might be the moment I could tell that story, but I had to do it authentically.”

According to Deepica, the shoe design process with Naturalizer was what he expected it to be.
“I was involved in every step. “I worked directly with the designer to determine exactly how I wanted it to look.”
Like her beauty line, it was important to Deepica that the shoe collection was inclusive for everyone.
“There isn’t a world where three shades cover every skin tone,” she said. “And I refuse to make that statement in the world.”
The collection includes two styles in three colorways, with each shoe featuring clear straps that allow the wearer’s skin tone to shine.
