He also explained that he was not part of the series on a long-term basis and that he was only brought in for a few scenes with Sophie, 34.
“To be honest, it’s pretty nerve-racking, but everyone there is so hospitable. And I just really get along with anyone, ‘he told the radio show. ‘I’m a bit naughty, so I’m going to laugh with everyone anyway.
‘With Made In Chelsea you’re in beautiful locations, but then they’ll put in a great setting and background and then you get a topic to discuss, and then you freestyle it.
So yes, it is actually reality. The things you talk about are out of your mind and it is not rehearsed. It’s just different. I have really enjoyed it. It is well.

Tom continued: ‘I was going to come in for the full series, but I just couldn’t commit at this point. And because it’s Sophie’s [show], I didn’t really want to disturb ‘
‘I really take my hat off to them, to yourself and to people who do it all the time because the days are really long. It’s very exhausting and you spend a lot of time behind the camera and it’s not easy, man. It’s not easy at all. ‘
He added: ‘These people who are working on it are on it for weeks on end and the days are very long. It looks really easy because it looks so beautiful on the screen, but it’s actually so exhausting and so exhausting. So yes, it is not easy at all. ‘
On how involved he is with the current run of episodes – which were shot in bubbles in the countryside from January to March due to the Covid pandemic – Tom continued: ‘I was supposed to come in for the full series, but I couldn’t capture at this point . And because it’s Sophie’s [show], I didn’t really want to disturb you.
‘I didn’t want to commit to being a cast member or anything like that. I didn’t want to extend my welcome too long, I didn’t want to get on Sophie’s thing when I didn’t know her that much from outside the other house.
“So then they invited me to play at a party, so I was like, ‘Okay, damn! I’ll be a DJ and we’ll have a little fun and then yes”. “
