Tom Brady is extending his relationship with car rental company Hertz, starring in a new series of commercials putting him on a fictional talk show.
In a series of announcements, the Hall of Fame-bound quarterback is invited to the so-called “Hertz Let’s Go Show.”
The first of many ads shows Brady reminiscing about his time on the pitch and how different it is in retirement.
Brady is then quick and deeply introspective on his catchphrase from when he was running on the field before playing for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
“Every time I ran onto the field I was screaming ‘Let’s go,’ but where was I really going?” Brady said.

After ‘opening up about her feelings’ on camera and expressing her desire to get in a rental car and go anywhere, the talk show’s ‘host’, actress and comedian Yvonne Orji, fired a lever and dropped a spinning wheel with what kind of car Brady could drive.
Brady is then ushered into an electric vehicle and encouraged to drive to Denver – while acting confused at the end of the commercial.
The quarterback has been in a number of commercials for the rental car company in recent years.
“I appreciate working closely with Hertz because it’s just so natural and authentic to me,” Brady said. “There’s such a real connection to ‘Let’s Go’ when it comes to travel and the desire for a seamless experience, which Hertz always delivers.”
“As an EV driver, I also love that more people across the country will have the opportunity to experience Hertz’s EV rental fleet. I’ve been driving one for a long time and it’s amazing to see Hertz continue to invest in it.
Orji, Brady’s partner in commercials, is an actress and comedian with a number of TV credits to her name.
She was a main character on the HBO show “Insecure” and also appeared in episodes of “Jane the Virgin” and the reboot of “The Wonder Years.”

Brady got busy after announcing his retirement from football after 23 seasons in the NFL.
He revealed to the world that he was leaving the field in February after a lackluster season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Since then, he’s garnered interest by debating his future with Fox Sports, considering co-ownership with the Las Vegas Raiders and speaking to the latest class of drafted quarterbacks.
It was believed that when Brady left the game, he would become a color analyst or commentator with Fox’s NFL coverage.
However, Brady says he takes time to hone his abilities before hitting the airwaves.

Brady was also reportedly interested in acquiring a stake in the Las Vegas Raiders, with owner Mark Davis happy to let Brady buy.
Fox says Brady’s ownership of the team wouldn’t affect his deal.
But aside from those moves, Brady has also spent time with four of the NFL Draft’s top quarterbacks.
He spoke to Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Anthony Richardson and Will Levis – offering advice he’s learned throughout his career before heading into their own rookie seasons.
