Tom Brady lost a passing challenge on MrBeast's YouTube channel to a high school quarterback

NFL legend Tom Brady suffered an unlikely defeat when he was defeated by a high school student this week.

The former quarterback, 47, took part in the batting competition for the famous YouTube channel MrBeast, competing against Florida high school quarterback Jake Balanovich.

With seven Super Bowl rings to prove it, Brady wasn’t all that used to losing during his NFL career, but he found himself on the receiving end of an upset against the teenager.

The Cypress Bay senior got the opportunity of a lifetime to compete against the NFL legend as they attempted to pop four balloons with a football.

Balanovich stunned the icon when he successfully hit all four targets with the pigskin, faster than the seven-time Super Bowl winner.

Not only did Balanovich take home the bragging rights, but he also pocketed a whopping $100,000 from MrBeast.

Brady took the defeat in good spirits, laughing as the teenager made the final pass to win the game – and was wildly congratulated by his cheering classmates, who had joined Balanovich on the field.

However, Balanovich has taken a surprisingly conservative approach to squandering his newfound cash.

He told TMZ that he plans to “be smart with that money and not waste it on something stupid,” but did admit that he might treat himself to a new pair of sneakers.

Balanovich just completed his senior campaign at Cypress Bay, completing 106 of 175 passes for 1,551 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Brady is the NFL’s all-time rushing leader with 89,214 yards and has led the New England Patriots to six Super Bowl victories and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to one in 23 seasons.

However, Brady has since traded the football field for the broadcast booth after entering the first season of his 10-year, $375 million contract with Fox.
