Tom Brady really takes his involvement with Birmingham seriously as he appeared to cheer on his new team while on safari in Africa.

Brady has been on safari for the past few days and this week shared a photo of his daughter Vivienne. who is with him for his birthday week.

He posted a video of lions and tigers resting by his jeep on Saturday morning and captioned it: ‘Excuse me, can you move a bit.

In another, he said, “I think I’m a little too close to be comfortable” as a lion walked nearby.

Earlier in the week he shared a selfie with elephants in the background as he ate his lunch.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner admitted he had a lot to learn about other football when his shock Birmingham announcement was made this week.

Brady said: “Birmingham City are an iconic club with so much history and passion and being part of the Blues is a real honor for me.

“BCFC is all about teamwork and determination and I am delighted to be working alongside the board, management and players to make our Second City club a club like no other.”
