Karl Stefanovic reveals results of his weight loss challenge after promising to lose 10 pounds in air in 10 weeks
Today, presenter Karl Stefanovic promised to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks, while interviewing obesity expert Dr. Nick Fuller in May.
And Tuesday, the 45-year-old proudly revealed that he had weighed himself at home that morning and had lost an impressive eight pounds.
The Channel Nine star, who recently became a father for the fourth time, admitted that it was difficult to find time to practice, but said he felt ‘great’.

“The past few weeks have been difficult with the baby and all that,” he said, referring to his youngest daughter, Harper May.
“It’s a life that gets in the way a bit, but it was a fantastic program,” he added, thanking Dr. Fuller, who had supported him on his journey.
“It was hardest to find the time to practice.”

Dr. Fuller said, “It was a fun trip with you, but it’s just the beginning … We’ll take you to 90 pounds and keep you there.”
Karl revealed that his program, which included a lighter evening meal, had put him to sleep much faster, and he felt more refreshed in the morning.
The father of four admitted he was struggling midway through the program, and found a Friday cheat day to be helpful.

“What really worked for me was being good from Sunday to Friday and then having a cheat meal on Friday – as long as it doesn’t turn into Saturday and Sunday,” he said.
Karl’s ever-supporting co-host, Allison Langdon, praised him for his efforts.
“I am very proud of you for the past ten weeks. You’ve worked really hard on this, ”said the 41-year-old.

“You lost weight once or twice, but I think it is important to stick to this diet and exercise regimen,” she added.
After his bold statement in May, Karl admitted that he was ashamed of his first weighting to reveal the song in the air.
“It’s kind of embarrassing, and I have to admit, going to say, ‘Okay, I’m going to weigh myself on national TV,'” he said.
Karl’s weight when he started the program was 105 kg.
On Tuesday, he confirmed that he had lost weight to 97 kg and had a target weight of 90 kg.
