The show’s presenter, Karl Stefanovic, was abandoned on Thursday while interviewing a Gold Coast couple about their dream home.

During the segment, Dennis and Sharon Clark showed their Queensland mansion, which was recently put up for sale.

“Why on earth would you ever put this dream home up for auction?” Karl asked.

Dennis explained, ‘Well Karl, we bought this place about 10 years ago and every year we have made renovations and we started with five kids at home, but now we only have one child.’

‘They are all still alive. They just left the house, ”Sharon clarified as Karl burst out laughing.

The couple then went on to give Today a tour of their beautiful home, when co-host Leila McKinnon asked, “What are you going to miss most?”

Tour: During the segment, Dennis and Sharon Clark showed their Queensland mansion, which was recently put up for sale, and Karl asked, “Why on earth would you ever put this dream home up for auction?”

“Probably the bedroom I would imagine, that’s my favorite place. I don’t know if Sharon would agree, ”Dennis replied, while Karl continued to laugh uncontrollably.

The luxury property in Helensvale, just off the Gold Coast canals, is listed for $ 3.3 million.

It features 14 holes of golf, a pool bar and a five-space underground garage filled with luxury cars.

The open design also has chandeliers that hang in just about any room, including the bath.
