An Australian foodie has revolutionized the simple breakfast toastie by swapping the bread for delicious, crunchy hash browns.
Ayeh, a TikTok food influencer, showed off her delicious bread-free toasted sandwich recipe on Sunday and it quickly went viral.
Within 11 hours the video on her ‘Cooking with Ayeh‘account had over 8,500 likes and hundreds of comments, many calling the young woman a’ genius’.

The cook posted the video calling out to all the ‘hash brown obsessed’ people in her life.
“If you like hash browns like me, you have to try this,” she said.
The recipe is simple.

She took them out and added a slice of cheese, two slices of tomato and avocado, salt, pepper, and smoky chipotle sauce to the delicious looking pile.
When she took the first bite of her reinvented sandwich, her eyebrows lifted with delight.
The star said the meal works best when the hash browns are crispy.
“Facts,” agreed one fan. “Crispy hash browns are the best.”
Others were shocked that they had never used a hot air fryer to make hash browns.

She recently tried using tomato as a sandwich for a ‘controversial’ take on the humble cheeseburger, leaving her fans divided.

The popular TikTokker has more than 600,000 followers on the video platform and more than 11.8 million likes.
She decided to make the burger and post a review after seeing the controversial take on a cheeseburger online.
First, she beat the excess liquid from the two large tomato slices before melting some cheese on a vegetable patty of beetroot and black beans.
She then giggled as she took a bite of the re-styled burger before declaring it delicious
Then she added ketchup, mustard and ‘especially’ pickles to the burger.
The video was viewed more than 75,000 times in just 24 hours, but the response was mixed.
“That looks great,” one man said as another person revealed that the video made her happy.
“Yum, this makes my mouth water,” said another civilian fan.
But just as many people were dissatisfied.
