The parents of Noelle Lynch, 23, say their “prayers have been answered” after their daughter reached out over the weekend.

“We would like to extend our gratitude for all of your prayers in locating our daughter Noelle,” Kellie Lynch wrote on Facebook on Saturday. “Those prayers have been answered and Noelle has reached out to us.”
