Tina set up Paul’s Flame to raise money for people suffering from PTSD, which her partner suffered from after serving in the military.

The page description reads: ‘I have created a charity to create a legacy for my husband Paul Anthony Chase Malone who took his own life on March 13th of this year.

‘After suffering from chronic PTSD for years after serving in the 22nd Cheshire Regiment for over ten years serving in Calgary, Northern Ireland, Falklands, Cyprus, Iraq, Afghanistan…

‘He was struggling with debt, unemployment and his depression manifested itself in alcohol and drug abuse, and self-harm. He felt lost, worthless, a burden, hopeless, and it culminated in his suicide. Leaving me and our ten-year-old daughter devastated, heartbroken and in overwhelming grief.

‘Our aim is to create a fund that supports individuals and small charities in crisis. A board of twelve trustees will distribute the funds to those in need, particularly those with mental health problems…

Tina then added that she was going to try to get out of the house and walk her dogs, but admitted that leaving the house makes her feel “anxious.”

She said: ‘I wanted to raise £10,000! For people in crisis, not for me or Flame! What’s £10 per person? People raise £33 million, £50,000. I can’t even raise £5,000.

Tina added: “I better get out of here or I’m going to say things I shouldn’t… Am I missing something? It makes me wonder what the point of all this is.”

She later apologized for her speech, saying: “Thank you for all your comments. I apologize if I sounded aggressive last night. I’m so heartbroken. It really breaks my heart. We’ve been together for 15 years. I miss him so much.”

“Thank you for your donations, I am truly touched.”

Tina recently admitted that Paul’s death did not come as a surprise to her, as she saw how severely his mental health had been affected during his time serving time.

She said he turned to ‘drink, drugs and painkillers’ to numb the pain.

Tina also said that the house is exactly as it was since Paul died four months ago and that she has washed and ironed all of his clothes.

Recalling his funeral, Tina added: “After the funeral, we partied until late. We ate all of Paul’s favourite food and I was the first one on the dance floor because, well, it was just Paul and me.”

Tina added that her pain over the loss of Paul is still present and she doesn’t think she will ever love a man like him again.

She said: “I have never loved nor will I ever love any other man like I love Paul. I want to be with him and one day I will be with him.”

The actress recounted how she recently saw an elderly couple holding hands near her home and thought she would never have that.

The soap star said an army officer told her the military does not do enough to help soldiers readjust to civilian life, highlighting how other armies give former soldiers “a lot of money” which they can use to retrain or set up their own businesses.

Tina recently launched Paul’s Flame together with her late husband’s sister. The charity aims to help people with cash payments in desperate times.

Tina and Paul met at a military training event where he was a personal trainer following his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.

But their relationship took a hit in 2017 when Tina was arrested and booked for cocaine possession (and kicked out of a pantomime in the process) while Paul lost his job babysitting violent teenagers.

The couple was left on the brink of bankruptcy and Tina says her mental health deteriorated during that time, using prescription drugs and cocaine in an attempt to cope before attempting to take her own life.

He was admitted to a psychiatric facility and received help from a veterans charity, but Tina said he experienced mood swings.

The couple had a daughter named Flame, now 11, whom Tina gave birth to in 2013 after IVF when she was 50 (pictured together in 2014).
