Tiger Woods teased golf fans with a behind-the-scenes look at his long-awaited fling with Rory McIlroy.

TGL, the technology-driven indoor circuit founded by Woods and McIlroy, will finally debut in the New Year and will air for the first time on January 7.

Despite raising concerns about his health earlier this month, Woods is set to play in the Tech League’s inaugural season with his team, Jupiter Links Golf Club, which is comprised of Max Homa, Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner along with the captain. , on January 14.

And, with less than a month to go until its launch, Woods shared a sneak peek of the high-tech setup inside the SoFi Center, a purpose-built stadium, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where the games will be held.

ESPN shared a clip of the 15-time Major winner testing out the simulator while shooting from one of three mats toward the giant screen with his host.

The clip increased excitement among golf fans, as many confessed they couldn’t wait to see the league in action.

Woods sparked concern among golf fans earlier this month when he opted not to play in the Hero World Challenge.

‘No. Not really,” the 48-year-old admitted when asked if he was aiming to return to the field during his pre-tournament host press conference.

‘I’m just trying to test it progressively, keep progressing without activating it. I don’t want to have any setbacks, I just want to continue progressing and have the best possible opportunity for next year.

“I feel like I’m getting stronger, more flexible, but I have a long way to go to be able to compete against these guys.”

But it was later revealed that Woods will return next week as he continues the tradition of playing alongside his son Charlie in the PNC Championship.

Woods also told Bob Harig of Sports Illustrated that he should be ready for TGL’s debut in January.
