Health concerns: Tiger King star Jeff Lowe recovers from stroke on March 18 at WinStar World Casino in Oklahoma, TMZ reported Friday
According to Lauren, on-site EMTs determined that Jeff had had a stroke and took him to a hospital in Denton, Texas.
Ultimately, it sounds like their quick work was able to limit the stroke’s most debilitating effects and leave him in a strong position to recover.
He is now back home after a three-day hospital stay, but has difficulty with his speech and motor functions.
His wife claims doctors have not yet been able to determine the cause of his stroke, despite extensive testing.

The lack of certainty has led her to believe that Jeff may have been a victim of foul play.
She says the couple went out for dinner at the casino on the evening of March 17, just before his stroke.
A man who knew neither of them reportedly approached them, claiming not only to know them but to know their usual drink orders.
Although Lauren said he was a total stranger to them, the main man stayed close to them while a crowd of Tiger King fans gathered to take selfies with them.
Creepy: Lauren now thinks a strange man who came to their table that night might have drugged Jeff. He claimed to know them and their favorite drinks, even though he was a stranger
She says the couple now believe the mystery man spiked Jeff’s drink while they were engaged with the fans.
However, the blood and urine tests are all negative for common medications.
Jeff and Laura spoke again with TMZ later on Friday morning to explain their ordeal and expand their drier theory.
Laura claimed she sipped Jeff’s drink in the evenings and didn’t feel well afterward.
Suspicions: Jeff reportedly ‘crashed’ on the drive back to their hotel, and Lauren said she felt sick after sipping his drink
She also said that Jeff was no longer there on their ride back to their hotel room.
He was said to be ‘of his kind’ once they got into the room, and when she returned after leaving for a short while, she found himself changing colors after his heart stopped, fearing he was dead .
Jeff couldn’t remember the stroke, but he added that “it’s just weird” in regards to the strange man who came to their table.
