Brandy Rachelle Brown, 29, was partying at Greenwood Lounge in Houston while her illegally parked vehicle with a three-year-old child inside was towed.

A three-year-old boy was found inside a car that was towed from outside a nightclub where his mother was partying, police say.

Brandy Rachelle Brown, 29, was enjoying the Greenwood Lounge in Houston, according to Click 2 Houston.

She was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Monday for child endangerment after the towing company towed her car and found her son sleeping in the back seat. Law and crime reported.

She has since been released on $7,500 bail.

The tow truck driver discovered the boy after driving Brown’s Acura around the block to secure him. After attempting to secure him to his truck, he noticed the child in the back seat and called 911, according to Law & Crime.

The girl had been in the car for “at least 28 minutes while going to a club,” according to court documents seen by Law & Crime.

She has been accused of leaving her son in “imminent danger.” The child was evaluated by medical personnel and was found healthy and released to a family member, according to Fox 26 Houston.

In February, Brown, whose license is currently suspended, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and pleaded guilty to the Class B misdemeanor, receiving three days in county jail, according to Fox 26.

Over the summer, another Texas mother, Destiny Morales, was arrested on charges of child abandonment with intent to return. She allegedly went to Sam’s Club in Harris County to buy pizza while leaving her children unattended for 40 minutes.

Temperatures were around 90 degrees and witnesses called police to report the children were inside the car.

Morales told Fox26 Houston that she would “never hurt” her children and felt what was reported was “the opposite of what happened,” but also admitted that she “was wrong” and felt remorse.

Morales told authorities he was in the store for only 30 minutes, but during the investigation police said the time was closer to 46 minutes.

The young mother said the air conditioning was on and told them her children were not locked inside the vehicle, Fox5 reported.

When police arrived, they discovered the air conditioning was on in the vehicle, but said the vents were blowing hot air instead of cold air on a scorching day.

After Morales ordered the pizza and got out, he saw that his children were already outside the car.

She saw some of the store employees watching her children and was arrested shortly after.
