Emergency services were called to the home in Carlisle following reports of the accident.

Three people have died and two others are in hospital after a car crashed into the side of a suburban house in Perth.

Emergency crews were called following reports a car left the road and crashed into the rear wall of a house fronting Orrong Rd in Carlisle about 5.10am on Saturday.

Three adults in the vehicle were treated by St John Ambulance paramedics for their critical injuries, but sadly died at the scene.

Two other adults who were in the car were taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment for their serious injuries.

No one inside the home was injured during the incident.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area as Orrong Rd in both directions between Francisco St and Archer St remains closed and will be for several hours.

The public is also asked to avoid the area as several police and emergency officers remain on scene.
