All three people in the GMC Sierra survived the crash, despite the vehicle being on fire.

They were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said two of the occupants were taken to hospital by ambulance.

Their identities have not been released, but the two men and a woman, aged 16 to 21, are involved.

An eyewitness to the incident, Tanya Hoebel, told KTVB 7 that she was helping people in the GMC Sierra. One person was buried under the rubble after the incident.

“I said to him, ‘Okay, I just want you to really listen to my voice,’ Hoebel said.

“I want you to just listen to my voice. I want you to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.”

A GoFundMe page was set up to help the Rojas-Carrasco family cover the funeral costs for their three daughters.

The page reads: “It is with a heavy heart that I bring such tragic news: Yesterday at approximately 2:00 p.m. in Idaho, the three youngest Rojas sisters were killed in a car accident on their way to their family vacation.

‘We are all at a loss of words and trying to get through. We don’t currently know what the total cost will be to get the sisters home and prepare for the proper burial they deserve.

“There are no words to adequately describe the incredible lives of Melissa, Jasmin and Priscilla. We love you and miss you very much.

“All donations are greatly appreciated to help their families during this time.

The page has raised $18,055 from its $50,000 goal so far.
