“A few covers of John Williamson songs later and I found what my followers were looking for: a Bundy drinking an Aussie girl, country singing.”

Kate said she is a ‘true blue Aussie’ and became a disability counselor due to the fact that her mother has cerebral palsy and inspired her to this work.

“I knew I wanted to help people after my first-hand experience with my mom,” she said.

“I also enjoy working in a job where they fully embrace my lifestyle and personality and let me work in my old jeans, work shirts and boots.”

While the 20-year-old occasionally dresses up and wears a dress in some of her videos, Kate said she’s much happier in her work shirts and boots:

“I grew up believing that camping, four-wheel drive and fishing is for everyone, it’s not just for the boys,” Kate said.

“I just bought my second four-wheel drive, a Toyota LandCruiser, and have plans to travel and explore Australia.

“I’d take a weeklong camping trip at a five-star hotel any day of the week!”

Kate said she was raised with the belief that camping, fishing and four-wheel drive is not `` just for boys, '' and she recently bought her own second four-wheel drive.

Her fans have described her voice as ‘angelic’, ‘beautiful’ and ‘amazing’ as she sings from her home during the coronavirus lockdown in Victoria.

“My dad raised me about country music and it’s always been my go-to,” Kate said.

‘You have country love songs, country break-up songs, country songs about tractors and songs about country songs.

“There is something for everyone.”

Going forward, Kate said she’d love to pursue her dreams of singing professionally, but she’s also just as happy to sing and explore online.

“It’s hard to be trapped in isolation, but I’ve been waiting patiently to start driving and exploring soon,” she said.

“On a river somewhere, beer in hand this summer and I’ll be a happy girl.”
