The ITV presenting duo were seen donning red and blue padded helmets as they competed against the iconic Diamond and Giant.
Ben, 49, admitted he was “terrified” as he stood on a small podium holding a padded pugilist stick in the hope of knocking the 6ft 5in bodybuilder Giant off the opposite podium.
The former GMB presenter, who is 5ft 10in, acted quickly and managed to get along with him, prompting Giant to say the presenter “cheated”, while referee Giles turned a blind eye.
Next up was the glamorous Cat, who donned a white blouse and wide-leg printed pants, as she took on Diamond.

Unfortunately for Cat, her time on the podium was short-lived as Diamond instantly pushed her off the podium leaving her unimpressed.
The final episode of the new series of Gladiators will air at the weekend and the athletes told ITV viewers to “expect some really good competition”.
However, viewers shouldn’t be too disappointed as Gladiators has officially been commissioned for a second series.
The BBC’s reboot of the iconic sports entertainment game show, which originally aired on ITV in the 1990s, has proven hugely popular with an average of 8.3 million viewers so far, and now the broadcaster has confirmed that he will return for Another Broadcast on BBC One.
