Dietitian Susie Burrell shared the perfect lunch box to motivate adults to prepare food for themselves, just as they would for their kids.
The lunch box was filled with a turkey and lettuce wrap along a scoop of granola, strawberries, grapes, cucumber slices, and chocolate chip cookies for a ‘sweet treat.’

“This lunch box literally took me five minutes to make (quite a bit longer to shoot) and it strikes a perfect balance between nutrition and good food,” she said.

The meal prep would also suit those short on time as no cooking is done – as long as salted deli meat is used.
